Saudi Arabia is preparing to host the "Seventh International Arabian Horse Beauty Show," which will be held at the King Abdulaziz Arabian Horse Center from December 11 to 14, 2024. The event is one of the world's leading championships dedicated to Arabian horse beauty, reflecting the Kingdom's commitment to preserving authentic Arab heritage and reinforcing its status as a global destination for horse enthusiasts.

Record prizes and turnout
Abdulaziz bin Saud Al-Muqbil, the center's director general, said at a press conference held at the Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh that this year's championship will offer record prize money totaling SR10 million. He pointed to strong interest from 240 owners, representing an elite group of horse breeders, entering 451 horses across the Ecaho categories and categories for horses of pure Saudi origin and breeding.

Championship program
The show is divided into 31 categories, including 24 Ecaho categories and six categories for horses of pure Saudi origin and breeding. The first day opens with a showing of yearling and two-year-old foals, followed on the second day by fillies and mares of various ages. The third day features foals and stallions, while the fourth and final day closes with championships for fillies and foals of pure Saudi origin and breeding, alongside championships for mares and stallions of pure Saudi origin and breeding.

Broad international participation
The show welcomes delegations from eight countries, including the UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, the United States, Qatar, Lebanon, Egypt and Bahrain. This international participation reflects the championship's growing importance in fostering cultural and sporting exchange among horse enthusiasts worldwide.
