The Asir Industrial Exhibition 2026 continued on its second day with notable investment and economic activity and wide participation from entrepreneurs, investors and industry stakeholders, reflecting the accelerating development in Asir and its transformation into an attractive destination for industrial and technology investment.
The exhibition saw the signing of four strategic agreements with private-sector bodies aimed at localising technology, supporting local supply chains and developing the tools and technologies used in national factories, raising production efficiency, strengthening the competitiveness of Saudi products and increasing reliance on local content in industrial operations.
The second day also brought a strong showing from digital pavilions, where start-ups presented national innovations in manufacturing and logistics that demonstrated the capability of Saudi talent to keep pace with modern industrial transformation and adopt automation and artificial intelligence in line with global trends.
Organised by the Abha Chamber of Commerce at Prince Sultan Cultural Centre in Khamis Mushait Governorate, the exhibition aims to strengthen integration across the industrial ecosystem, build effective strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors and exchange expertise and knowledge, raising the competitiveness of national industry and supporting economic development and sustainable growth in the region in line with Vision 2030.
