Sakaka, 2 Sha'ban 1447 AH (21 January 2026)

The Al-Jouf Award for Excellence and Creativity has launched the first of its enrichment programmes for its fourth cycle with the "Bara'a" forum, a step aimed at developing human capabilities and spreading a culture of excellence and creativity in the region. The forum forms part of the award's drive to widen its community and knowledge impact.

The two-day forum opened at the Culture House in Sakaka Public Library with a number of organisations, officials, experts and specialists taking part. The first day featured a session titled "Professional Volunteering and Its Impact on Human Capability Development" by Dr. Hamoud Al-Shammari, CEO of Al-Jouf Health Cluster, along with a workshop on "Outstanding Government Performance" by Dr. Wafa Al-Ruwaili.

Productive families and women entrepreneurs also took part, alongside information corners for a number of organisations and associations. The forum continues on its second day with a session on projects and entrepreneurship and specialised workshops on renewable energy and modern media, empowering participants and supporting development and innovation in line with Vision 2030.
