Riyadh, 6 Sha'ban 1447 AH (25 January 2026)

The fifth Real Estate Future Forum 2026 opens tomorrow in Riyadh under the patronage of Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Real Estate General Authority, continuing to cement its position as a global platform that looks ahead to the future of the real estate sector in the Kingdom and the region. The forum convenes amid accelerating development momentum in the Saudi property sector, driven by regulatory reforms and giga-projects.

The forum features international participation from more than 140 countries and some 300 speakers drawn from government and executive leadership, experts and investors in the public and private sectors. The programme includes more than 40 panel sessions on sustainable urban planning, smart city development and the role of proptech and artificial intelligence in building modern communities.

The forum coincides with the entry into force of the updated law on non-Saudi ownership of real estate, which enhances the market's appeal and opens new horizons for foreign investment. A specialised real estate exhibition accompanies the forum, showcasing the latest solutions and technologies and providing a platform for signing agreements and partnerships that support the sector's growth and sustainability.
