Riyadh, 8 Sha'ban 1447 AH (26 January 2026)

Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, CEO of the Real Estate General Authority, said the fifth Real Estate Future Forum 2026 represents a global platform for generating ideas and shaping the sector's future direction, and a strategic space for building partnerships and trust among all parties in the real estate ecosystem, locally and internationally.

He was speaking at the opening of the forum, which began today in Riyadh under the banner "Expanding Horizons, Thriving Real Estate". Al-Hammad said the forum reflects the unlimited support the sector receives from the leadership, which has enabled the Saudi real estate market to become more resilient and efficient, cement its role as a vital pillar of the national economy, and make the Kingdom an active centre of global real estate dialogue.

The forum, he added, brings together decision-makers, investors, developers and experts to discuss shared challenges and put forward practical solutions that develop real estate policy, improve practice, strengthen the investment environment and deliver tangible economic and development impact. It has become an influential platform for turning discussion into practical outcomes by aligning legislation, technology and investment and building strategic partnerships that raise market efficiency, sustainability and connectivity with global markets within a clear, stable regulatory framework.

Real Estate Future Forum 2026 features more than 300 speakers, experts and decision-makers from more than 140 countries across over 50 panel sessions and workshops on the future of real estate regulation, investment paths, urban development and property technology, reflecting growing confidence in the Saudi market and its investment appeal.
