Riyadh is set to host the sixth edition of the Saudi Event Show 2026 tomorrow, Wednesday, at The Arena Riyadh from 9 to 10 September, with wide participation from professionals across the events, entertainment, meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions sectors.

Organized by Informa Connect, the show brings event organizers, government bodies, agencies, suppliers and providers of specialized technology and solutions together on a single platform designed to support the growth of the experience economy and strengthen connections across the Kingdom's events industry. This edition aims to reach more than 5,500 industry professionals, with over 100 exhibitors and suppliers taking part.

Saudi Event Show 2026 presents products, technologies and services for the events industry alongside a knowledge program of more than 15 hours of free seminars featuring over 30 regional and international speakers, covering current trends, best practices, local success stories and technological innovation.

The agenda addresses the future of the events industry, including event technology, production, sustainability, talent development and innovation, with dedicated tracks for Saudi success stories and for the latest global trends in the sector.

The show coincides with the Saudi Event Awards on Thursday 10 September at the JW Marriott Riyadh, honoring the individuals, teams and companies that have advanced the events industry and raised the level of innovation and excellence in the Kingdom's experience economy.

The event takes place amid continued growth in the Saudi events industry and the expansion of major events, festivals, conferences and exhibitions, which is driving demand for specialized technology and solutions and increasing the need for professional talent and services in the sector.
