INDEX Saudi Arabia 2026 has opened in Riyadh at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC), running from 15 to 17 September 2026 and bringing together the design and interior-decoration community, including brands, suppliers, architects, designers, developers and emerging talent.

This year’s edition is held in strategic partnership with the Architecture and Design Commission for the third consecutive year, as Saudi Arabia’s design sector grows alongside new urban, tourism and commercial projects and rising demand for design and fit-out solutions.

The exhibition provides a platform for Saudi and international expertise, products and solutions that support the development of the built environment. It covers a wide range of sectors, including furniture, lighting, surfaces, flooring, fit-out, textiles, décor, kitchens and home automation.

The 2026 edition carries the theme “Rooted in Heritage, Designed for the Future”, focusing on the relationship between cultural identity and contemporary Saudi design and on drawing on local materials and craftsmanship to create modern spaces that meet functional and aesthetic needs.

The event also examines how local environment and culture shape the design of hotels, homes, commercial projects and hospitality spaces, showcasing approaches that combine heritage, innovation and modern technologies in the Kingdom’s new developments.

INDEX Design Talks form a central part of the accompanying programme, with more than 50 architects, designers, fit-out specialists, developers, project owners and sector experts participating. Saudi speakers make up more than half of the programme’s contributors.

Sessions address key changes and trends shaping the design sector while highlighting emerging Saudi talent and creating space for knowledge and experience exchange between local and international professionals.

Trend Tours also return for a second year, giving visitors a curated experience through exhibition pavilions to explore selected brands, products and solutions and identify leading emerging trends in design and interior décor.

INDEX Saudi Arabia is being held at a time of notable expansion in the Kingdom’s urban development, hospitality and real-estate projects, reinforcing the importance of specialist exhibitions as platforms that connect suppliers, designers and developers and support professional and commercial partnerships.
