The Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Nature Reserve Development Authority is participating in the Saudi International Falcons and Hunting Exhibition 2026, which opened on October 1 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham and runs through October 10.

Through its pavilion, the authority is introducing visitors to the reserve’s environmental and cultural assets while highlighting its work in wildlife conservation, habitat protection, ecotourism development and the preservation of local heritage.

Protecting Wildlife and Restoring Natural Balance

The pavilion highlights environmental developments across the reserve and initiatives aimed at restoring natural balance, expanding vegetation cover, and protecting wildlife and natural habitats.

These efforts reflect an approach that combines environmental conservation with sustainable social, tourism and economic development.

Ecotourism and Local Heritage

Visitors can also discover the reserve’s tourism destinations and experiences, offering opportunities to explore its natural landscapes, cultural heritage and the traditions of local communities.

The authority is highlighting the role local communities can play in developing ecotourism experiences, products and economic opportunities while preserving the reserve’s cultural identity.

Sustainable Hunting Model

A key feature of the pavilion is the Northern Sustainable Hunting Reserve, presented as the first reserve in Saudi Arabia dedicated to sustainable hunting.

The experience regulates hunting under sustainability-focused controls, seeking to balance the preservation of hunting heritage with wildlife and environmental conservation.
