Akamai roundtable at MIFF to examine industrial breach containment
Akamai will hold an executive roundtable in Al Khobar on October 6, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., examining how industrial operators can contain cyber breaches. The session takes place at Le Méridien Al Khobar alongside the MENA Industrial Futures Forum, organised by Dez10 Events on October 6–7.
The programme focuses on advanced language models and cyber risk, with discussion of microsegmentation, isolation of compromised systems and operational continuity. It also covers validating segmentation policies and measuring how effectively controls restrict the spread of a breach.
Akamai’s Mazen Abusaleh, Senior Security Sales Specialist KSA, and Mahmoud EzzEldin, Senior Enterprise Security Architect KSA, will lead the discussion. The intended audience includes senior cybersecurity, IT and operational-technology security leaders across oil and gas, energy, utilities and heavy industry.
Attendance is by invitation. The official session page accepts expressions of interest, which do not establish admission. The MIFF website confirms Le Méridien Al Khobar as the forum venue.
