The University of Tabuk launched the second edition of its youth culture and arts forum on October 5, 2026, according to the Saudi Press Agency. The event is organized by the university’s Prince Fahd bin Sultan Chair for Youth Issues and Development.

Running for two days, the forum brings together showcases in culinary arts, visual and fine arts, literature and creative writing, digital arts, and traditional handicrafts. Its theme connects cultural depth with artistic creativity.

The programme aims to highlight students’ talents and develop their cultural, artistic and creative skills, with academics, researchers and people working in or interested in cultural and creative fields taking part.

In September, the chair announced preparations for the second edition and plans to broaden community participation, as part of its work to support emerging youth talent.
