The second Tazeez Annual Conference in Riyadh examined disease surveillance, cross-sector policy and insurance-supported prevention, according to a King Saud University report published on October 6, 2026.

Dr Abdullah Asiri stressed continuous surveillance and early responses to infectious disease. Dr Fadia Al-Hajran highlighted coordination in health policymaking, while Dr Ibrahim Al-Juffali cited about 15 million health-insurance beneficiaries within Saudi Arabia and the role of preventive benefits and primary care.

The Saudi Health Promotion and Education Association is holding the conference under the theme Health Without Borders on October 4–6 at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, Al Sahafa. The programme includes 40 speakers and experts, 37 continuing medical education hours and an accompanying exhibition. The session report adds detail to the second edition, which opened on Sunday.
