Jameel Library in Jeddah will open At the Edge of Renewal on 8 October 2026. Curated by Jood AlThukair, the exhibition runs until 10 April 2027 and marks the Khaleeji Women’s Library and Archive’s first long-term institutional presentation.

Books, oral histories and independent publications appear alongside drafts and artistic prototypes, bringing Gulf women’s knowledge-making processes and material outside institutional collections into public view.

The opening programme includes an archival conversation on 8 October, 7–8pm; a reading and collective textile activity with Khunfus on 9 October, 6–8pm; and a performative reading with Maitha Ali on 10 October, 3–7pm.
