Umm Al-Qura University invited its students and graduates on November 2, 2026 to join Naqlthon 5, organized by Saudi Arabia’s Transport General Authority. Registration closes on November 10, when application screening begins, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

The challenge seeks solutions across user experience, logistics and supply chains, sustainability, urban mobility and data-driven transport.

The official programme lists November 15 for announcing qualified teams and November 18 for the start of qualifying stages and preparatory workshops. The final event runs December 3–5 at the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. Applications are available through the official registration portal; submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
