Tabuk Camel Festival Welcomes Visitors from June 20 to 26
The management of the Jadatna Maqsadha Tabuk festival in the Saudi city of Tabuk has announced that it has completed all arrangements to welcome visitors and guests to the festival, which runs until June 26. Over a short period of just 20 days, the organizers prepared more than one million square meters to host a range of events aimed at promoting Saudi folk heritage and related crafts.
The specialized committees have prepared sites for camel owners and productive families, visitor parking and competition arenas equipped with the latest facilities. The festival management has also set aside spaces for productive families to display their handicrafts, such as traditional tools, taxidermy and leather goods.
The festival features a wide range of activities, including parades, classic car shows, Bedouin camps, tug-of-war contests and Hoobal performances. It also includes solo displays of traditional chants, parades of Majaheem camels, bell-ringing contests, Al Rafihi folk arts and camel herder performances.
