Horeca is one of the largest annual hospitality exhibitions, having been held in Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, and Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia. The exhibition’s importance lies in the exchange of expertise and experience between major local and international companies in the food, beverage and hospitality industry, in addition to competitions held among chefs under the supervision of an international judging panel. The exhibition includes workshops and culinary arts demonstrations, along with many other activities, attracting exhibitors from around the world.
