The Saudi capital Riyadh is preparing to host the Saudi Solar and Storage Live 2024 exhibition and the Saudi Future Energy Live 2024 exhibition, which will be held from 15 to 16 October 2024 at Riyadh Front. The two exhibitions are the largest of their kind in Saudi Arabia, aiming to spotlight the latest renewable energy technologies and solutions that support the transition to a more efficient and sustainable energy system.

The events will bring together under one roof all the key players in the energy sector, including utility companies, investors in independent power projects (IPPs), financiers, government bodies, regulators, and major energy consumers across various industries. A number of startups and innovators seeking to offer new solutions to the challenges facing the renewable energy sector will also take part.

The event serves as a major platform for exchanging expertise and innovation related to clean energy, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, which focuses on shifting toward renewable energy and reducing reliance on fossil fuels. The exhibitions also aim to strengthen cooperation among stakeholders in the sector and provide opportunities to showcase the latest innovations and technologies in solar energy and power-distribution infrastructure.

In addition to the main exhibitions, the event will feature numerous panel discussions and workshops covering the latest developments in renewable energy, including energy-storage technologies, green hydrogen, and the role of technology in building a more sustainable energy future for the region.
