The 14th edition of the "Nile Real Estate Exhibition" launched in the Saudi capital Riyadh, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, running from 17 to 19 October 2024. The opening hours saw a strong turnout from Egyptians residing in the Kingdom as well as Arab visitors, reflecting growing demand for Egyptian real estate in the region.

The exhibition brings together a large number of major real estate development companies, including Misr Italia, City Edge, Al-Attal, Inertia, and the Saudi Egyptian Construction Company, alongside other prominent names such as IGI Developments, Imkan Misr and Gates. The exhibition offers investors a rare opportunity to benefit from exclusive offers and flexible payment plans provided by these companies, making investing in Egyptian real estate more attractive than ever.

Dr. Basem Kellila, Chairman of Expo Republic, the company organizing the exhibition, said the growing turnout from clients confirms genuine interest in investing in Egyptian real estate, especially with the exclusive offers companies are competing to provide. He added that this year's exhibition features participation from the Egyptian Ministry of Housing with an official pavilion, which boosts confidence in Egyptian real estate development projects and supports the export of Egyptian real estate abroad.

This year's edition is distinguished by its collaboration with Nawy, a platform specializing in real estate technology, which provides real estate companies with innovative technological solutions that help increase their sales and reach a wider customer base. This collaboration is part of the exhibition's strategy to boost the export of Egyptian real estate and attract foreign investment.

Since its launch in 2017, the Nile Real Estate Exhibition has achieved sales exceeding $500 million for participating real estate developers, and today it stands as a leading platform for promoting Egyptian real estate projects abroad, particularly in the Gulf region. The 13th edition of the exhibition was previously held in New Jersey, in the United States, achieving great success in terms of sales and broad participation from major real estate developers.
