The General Directorate of Passports (Jawazat) has announced its participation in the Global Health Exhibition 2024, held under the theme "Invest in Health" and concluding tomorrow. The Directorate's participation comes as part of the Ministry of Interior's pavilion, where it is presenting a wide range of modern electronic services catering to the needs of both citizens and residents.

Key Services on Offer

At its pavilion, Jawazat is showcasing the latest technologies used in delivering its services, including a tourist visa kiosk that provides visa-on-arrival services to ease visitors' entry into the Kingdom. The Directorate is also offering other important services, such as:

  • Issuing, renewing and activating Saudi passports.
  • Printing resident ID cards for those living in the Kingdom.

Awareness Materials and Streamlined Procedures

The Directorate is also displaying visual awareness materials to help raise understanding of the services on offer and how to make use of them easily and effectively. The Ministry of Interior pavilion also offers a range of additional services, such as:

  • Renewing and printing driving licenses and vehicle registrations.
  • Renewing and printing national ID cards.
  • Issuing replacement IDs for citizens with damaged cards.

Operating Hours and Visitor Services

The pavilion operates throughout the exhibition from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, to ensure visitors' needs are met. The participation reflects the Directorate's commitment to streamlining procedures and providing distinguished services that save time and effort for the public.
