The Sakani program is taking part in the second edition of Cityscape Global 2024, held in Riyadh from November 11 to 14, 2024, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center (Malham). The event is part of ongoing efforts to boost homeownership for Saudi families through innovative solutions and exclusive services that ease the property-ownership process in the Kingdom.

The Sakani pavilion will offer visitors and beneficiaries a range of interactive services, including instant booking of residential units, financing consultations from specialized experts, and a comprehensive overview of housing projects available across the Kingdom's regions. Visitors will also be able to take advantage of exclusive offers on residential units and financing services provided in partnership with real estate developers, banks and finance companies, making the ownership process a fully integrated and easy digital experience.

Cityscape Global 2024 is expected to attract more than 400 exhibiting entities from several countries, including architecture, consulting and investment firms, alongside a number of construction specialists, giving visitors the chance to learn about the latest innovations in the real estate sector. Cityscape Global is the world's largest real estate event, bringing together companies and government and private entities to showcase the latest technologies and real estate projects. The first edition, organized by the Ministry of Municipal and Housing Affairs, achieved major success with SAR 110 billion in investments, drawing more than 160,000 visitors and 10,000 international investors, cementing the exhibition's status as a global platform for showcasing real estate developments.
