Riyadh is preparing to host the second edition of "Cityscape Global," the world's largest real estate event, starting next Monday at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh, and running through November 14. This year's exhibition is held under the theme "Future of Living," under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, in partnership with the General Authority for Real Estate and the Housing Program, one of Saudi Vision 2030's programs. The event is organized in cooperation between "Tahaluf," a joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, and global company Informa, with support from the Events Investment Fund, and participation from founding partners: the National Housing Company, NEOM, Roshn, New Murabba, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), Masar and Diriyah.
The exhibition offers visitors a wide range of exceptional real estate offers and opportunities, including four free residential plots from Asas Real Estate, alongside free residential units, and prizes worth more than 10 million riyals from Sakani, including a car, special discounts and exclusive offers. The exhibition also offers financing solutions with significant facilities, with profit margins starting from 2.59%, and more than 100,000 diverse residential units available for ownership, along with two residential apartments from Al-Awali Real Estate as part of the "Akam - Makkah Hills" project, in cooperation with the National Housing Company. The exhibition also includes a prize worth up to 1.5 million riyals for winners of the "Roshn Hackathon" challenge.
The event will see participation from leading figures and experts in the real estate sector, with expected attendees including National Housing Company CEO Mohammed Al-Bati, Diriyah Company Group CEO Jerry Inzerillo, New Murabba Development Company CEO Michael Dyke, and EUROCITIES Secretary General Andre Sobczak, alongside other international speakers.
