Al-Baha Municipality Showcases 100 Investment Opportunities at Cityscape Riyadh to Drive Sustainable Development
The Al-Baha Region Municipality is taking part with a dedicated pavilion at the global Cityscape exhibition, held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center from November 11-14, 2024, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, in cooperation with the Real Estate General Authority and the Housing Program. Cityscape ranks among the world's most important events offering promising investment opportunities in real estate and urban development.
Al-Baha's Mayor, Dr. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Sawat, said the municipality's participation in Cityscape aims to spotlight more than 100 promising investment opportunities, alongside showcasing a range of major investment projects already completed or under way. The pavilion will also present the region's history and rich cultural heritage, along with its ambitious vision for future development, giving investors and interested parties a comprehensive picture of the region's diverse strengths, spanning heritage, history and geography.
Dr. Al-Sawat noted that the municipality's participation aims to boost the region's economic, tourism and entertainment activity by developing its investment ecosystem and raising quality of life. The municipality also aims to grow revenues by rolling out pioneering, model projects in cooperation with various government and private-sector entities, contributing to Saudi Vision 2030's targets for investment development and sustainable growth in the region.
Through this step, the Al-Baha Municipality aims to attract more high-quality investments that help build a vibrant economic environment and reinforce the region's position as a distinguished investment destination that keeps pace with global developments in real estate and urban development.
