The workshops and panels covered vital topics such as digital platform development, innovation in online store management, and the importance of cybersecurity in e-commerce operations, helping entrepreneurs and interested parties build their expertise. More than 4,800 participants, entrepreneurs and those interested in e-commerce, benefited from the sessions, with the council offering specialized consulting and guidance aimed at steering attendees toward the fundamentals of success in this growing sector.

Established in 2018, the E-Commerce Council is the body responsible for proposing policies and legislation for the e-commerce sector, as well as overseeing the "E-Commerce Stimulus" program and coordinating efforts among relevant entities to remove obstacles and build a supportive environment for the sector. Through these efforts, the council supports Saudi Vision 2030's goal of transforming the Kingdom into a global e-commerce hub, strengthening its role in the digital economy and fostering an environment for innovation and entrepreneurship.
