The Housing Program, one of Saudi Vision 2030's programs, is taking part in Cityscape Global 2024, held in Riyadh from November 11-14 under the theme "The Future of Living." The exhibition is organized under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, in partnership with the Housing Program and the Real Estate General Authority, and under the supervision of Tahaluf, the joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones and global firm Informa.

Cityscape Global ranks among the world's most important real estate events, hosting more than 170 investors from 22 countries and over 400 exhibiting organizations, cementing its status as the largest global gathering in the real estate sector.

Under the slogan "From Decision to Stability," the Housing Program aims to showcase its role in the comprehensive transformation the Kingdom's housing and real estate sector has undergone, highlighting its key achievements and initiatives while presenting innovative solutions to make homeownership easier across different segments of society, offering multiple options to meet their needs.

On Wednesday, November 13, Housing Program CEO Ayman Saleh will take part in a panel discussion bringing together leading real estate figures, focusing on Saudi Vision 2030's role in building vibrant, sustainable communities. The session will cover key topics including modern technology in the housing sector, available financing mechanisms, and the latest trends in residential project design and planning.

Ayman Saleh said the participation offers a valuable opportunity to strengthen public-private partnerships and discuss the challenges and achievements in the housing and real estate sector, stressing the importance of direct engagement with beneficiaries and investors to hear their suggestions and inquiries, part of ongoing efforts to elevate the real estate sector and achieve Saudi Vision 2030's goals.
