The Real Estate Development Fund saw record growth in real estate financing contracts issued to beneficiaries of housing-support programs, with a 190% increase over the first two days of Cityscape Global, reflecting the success of the competitive offers and strategic partnerships presented at the exhibition. The Fund revealed that the total value of real estate financing rose 225% compared with the same period last month, boosting the real estate sector's presence and reflecting the impact of these competitive offers in meeting citizens' housing needs.

The Real Estate Development Fund said "Sakani's" participation in Cityscape is part of efforts to help citizens own their homes through unique financing solutions, including a low profit margin of just 2.59% and non-repayable support of up to SR150,000, helping draw large numbers of visitors to the Fund's pavilion. The Fund also praised the significant role played by partnerships with financing entities and real estate development companies in providing products and solutions that meet the needs of different segments of society.

The Fund also signed a cooperation agreement with the Sakan Developmental Housing Foundation to launch the "Dhura Sakan Plus" product, which offers additional support of up to SR120,000 and attractive financing benefits for beneficiaries of the program. Together, these offers reflect the Fund's leading role in strengthening the Kingdom's real estate financing market, meeting citizens' aspirations and helping drive economic growth.
