The Ministry of Interior is showcasing the Border Guard's "Zawal" e-portal as part of its participation in Cityscape Global, organized by the Ministry of Municipal and Housing Affairs at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of Riyadh, from November 11-14, 2024. The participation aims to introduce an integrated suite of advanced digital services offered by the General Directorate of Border Guards, designed to improve the beneficiary experience and speed up procedures through modern, efficient methods.

The ministry is giving pavilion visitors a visual presentation of the "Zawal" portal, a distinctive platform for delivering innovative e-services in the border guard sector. The portal lets beneficiaries complete various transactions online, eliminating the need to visit traditional branches or handle paperwork, in the interest of boosting operational efficiency and ease of access to services.

The "Zawal" portal is part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to advance digital transformation in security services, in line with Saudi Vision 2030's goals of improving quality of life and streamlining digital government services. Showcasing the portal at Cityscape reflects the ministry's commitment to offering technical solutions that meet the needs of citizens and residents and developing working mechanisms within the border guard system.
