The Tourism Development Fund has concluded its participation as an official partner of the Saudi Tourism Forum 2025, held in Riyadh from January 7 to 9, amid wide attendance from tourism sector leaders and local and international investors. The participation offered a strategic opportunity to boost dialogue on developing the Kingdom's tourism destinations, and to highlight the Kingdom's huge potential as a promising investment destination in the tourism sector.

Tourism Development Fund CEO Qusai bin Abdullah Al-Fakhri affirmed that the participation helped open new channels of dialogue with investors and partners, saying: "Our partnership with the Saudi Tourism Forum gives us the opportunity to highlight the potential of the Kingdom's tourism destinations and strengthen the private sector's role through our comprehensive programmes that support quality projects. We aim to achieve a sustainable contribution from the tourism sector to the national economy in line with Saudi Vision 2030."

During its participation, the fund showcased a range of initiatives designed to support investment in emerging tourism destinations and develop tourism sites across various regions of the Kingdom. It also focused on its efforts to empower the tourism sector by offering comprehensive financing solutions and strategic partnerships aimed at achieving the targets of the National Tourism Strategy and developing sustainable investments in the sector.

Khaled Al-Sharif, the fund's official spokesperson, took part in a dialogue session titled: "Discovering Investment Opportunities in the Kingdom's Emerging Tourism Destinations: Unlocking the Potential of Growing Tourism Markets." He explained the fund's focus on supporting investment in promising regions through flexible financing solutions and public-private partnerships to stimulate sustainable tourism growth.

The Tourism Development Fund's partnership with the Saudi Tourism Forum comes as part of its commitment to empowering quality projects aimed at developing tourism destinations and strengthening the Kingdom's standing as a global tourism destination.
