The "Future of Real Estate" Forum continued its second day of sessions in Riyadh, held under the patronage of the Real Estate General Authority in partnership with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, under the theme "A Future for Humanity: From Dreams to Reality." The forum brings together a select group of specialists and experts from more than 120 countries, with 500 speakers representing government and private-sector entities alongside prominent figures from around the world.

Speaking during a panel discussion on the role of government partnerships in developing the real estate sector, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, CEO of the Real Estate General Authority, said the authority is continuously working to strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors in a way that supports sustainable growth for the real estate industry. Al-Hammad noted that these partnerships aim to improve the investment environment by adopting modern technologies and innovations that raise service standards while saving time and effort. He added that enhancing transparency and fairness remains one of the authority's key goals in ensuring the satisfaction of both beneficiaries and investors.

The forum hosted intensive discussions on the impact of digital transformation and modern technology, including artificial intelligence and data analytics, on improving the performance of the real estate market. Speakers also focused on the importance of adopting sustainability and social-responsibility standards to improve quality of life and create residential communities that preserve the urban and heritage identity of Saudi cities.

On the sidelines of the forum, an integrated real estate exhibition is showcasing the latest technologies and innovations in the property sector, alongside new financing solutions that support the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in strengthening market transparency and investment appeal.
