These innovations are part of a broader vision to build an integrated, smart operational system in coordination with the various government bodies responsible for Hajj, helping speed up response times, ensure security and safety, and achieve the highest levels of quality and efficiency in service delivery.

The "smart tent" is one of the standout components of this digital system, integrating with a network of environmental sensors and cameras linked to IoT systems, enabling monitoring of temperature and humidity inside the tents; oxygen levels and air quality; safety indicators such as smoke and gas; and levels of crowding and human pressure.

The system can send early alerts and warnings in the event of any emergency, enabling relevant authorities to intervene quickly and provide the necessary medical, security or logistical services, based on accurate, real-time data that pinpoints the location and nature of the report.

This system also helps streamline the flow of information to central control rooms, supporting civil defence operations and directing field teams efficiently, through advanced communication technologies that strengthen smart facility management, integrated security systems, and public safety.
