Madinah — 20 Dhul Hijjah 1446H, corresponding to June 16, 2025.

In the heart of Madinah, near the Prophet's Mosque's Al-Salam, Al-Rahmah, Quba and Al-Hijrah gates, the International Museum of the Prophet's Biography and Islamic Civilization offers Allah's guests an exceptional spiritual and educational experience, enriching their spiritual journey after completing Hajj and deepening their connection with the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ through unique interactive content.

Overseen by the Muslim World League, the museum houses 25 interactive pavilions and sections that bring the key chapters of the Prophet's life to life using a modern approach built on the latest visual technology and interactive media. It also allows visitors from various nationalities to learn about the Names and Attributes of God and Islam's message of tolerance and mercy, in multiple languages, through distinctive educational tracks.

The museum features visual displays and digital models depicting Islamic history, including the urban, cultural and social stages Madinah went through following the Prophet's migration, the expansion of the Prophet's Mosque, and Muslims' care for the architecture of the Two Holy Mosques across the ages.

The museum is one of five branches around the world — in Makkah, Rabat, Dakar and Nouakchott — all aimed at conveying the essence of the Prophet's message and highlighting the humanitarian and civilizational values of Islam, using advanced display tools and rigorous research methodology to project a moderate image of Islam to the world.

The museum also reflects the Kingdom's vision of serving Allah's guests through cultural and religious education, helping showcase Saudi Arabia's efforts to support Islamic heritage, introduce religious and cultural landmarks, and strengthen Islamic identity globally.
