Riyadh, 4 Muharram 1447H, corresponding to 29 June 2025. The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority ("Monsha'at") today launched its Real Estate and Contracting Week across four cities, Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar and Madinah, running through 3 July 2025, with broad participation from government and private bodies supporting the real estate and contracting sector.

The week aims to motivate and empower small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs working in real estate through guidance sessions and workshops, and to showcase leading financing and investment programs available, as part of supporting growth and expansion strategies and raising this vital sector's contribution to the national economy.

Abdulrahman Al-Tuwaijri, Deputy Minister for Housing Supply Stimulation and Real Estate Development at the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, said the real estate sector is developing rapidly, offering golden opportunities for small and medium real estate developers, who make up more than 85% of those working in the sector, noting that the Ministry has launched several initiatives to support these developers and open wider investment horizons for them.

The week included a workshop by the Saudi Contractors Authority spotlighting its programs and services for entrepreneurs in contracting, alongside participation from the Real Estate General Authority and the SME Bank, among other supporting bodies, under Monsha'at's SME support council.

The week is an extension of Monsha'at's ongoing efforts to empower the real estate and contracting sector by providing an interactive platform that brings together experts and entrepreneurs, opening avenues for networking and exploring available opportunities.
