Misk Art Institute has launched the third edition of its summer exhibition at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Arts Hall in Riyadh, titled "Perspectives on Intergenerational Social Change." The exhibition runs until September 25, 2025, and serves as a distinguished artistic platform reflecting the diversity of the Kingdom's creative scene and its engagement with social and cultural shifts.

The exhibition features 43 Saudi and resident artists presenting works spanning installation art, painting, photography, multimedia art, and performance art, within an in-depth visual narrative addressing themes of identity, belonging, collective memory, and the changes that Saudi society has undergone across generations.

The exhibition highlights the narratives and shared values passed between generations, and how they are reflected in lifestyles, ways of thinking, and social and artistic practices, in an attempt to read the contemporary Saudi cultural scene from multiple artistic angles.

Basma Al-Shathri, General Manager of the Artistic Evaluation Department at Misk Art Institute, affirmed that this exhibition is part of the institute's strategic direction to empower local artists and strengthen intercultural dialogue, noting that the artworks on display represent a vital dialogue between past and present, supporting Saudi Vision 2030's goal of making culture and the arts a pillar of sustainable development.

The exhibition serves as an open invitation for the public to discover the shifts in Saudi identity, through works reflecting personal and collective experiences of artists from different backgrounds, giving visitors an opportunity to reflect on individuals' and communities' engagement with social change from a deep artistic and human perspective.
