The "Madinah Buildex 2025" exhibition concluded today at the King Salman International Conference Center, having drawn more than 150 local, regional and international companies specialized in construction, building and urban development over its three-day run, alongside large numbers of experts, investors and professionals interested in real estate development and modern technologies.

The exhibition's closing day featured a series of specialized workshops and sessions reviewing the latest innovations and solutions in sustainable construction and the digital transformation of urban projects, as well as renewable energy technologies, project and contract management, and interior and exterior decor designs reflecting contemporary trends in the construction world.

The workshops also focused on boosting operational efficiency and improving project quality through the use of modern materials and advanced construction technologies, alongside discussions of urban development strategies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030's goal of building more sustainable, integrated cities.

The exhibition's conclusion saw a strong turnout of visitors and investors, with a number of deals and contracts signed between participating companies — a sign, organizers said, of the exhibition's success in creating new opportunities for cooperation and exchanging expertise among the various entities working in the sector.

"Madinah Buildex 2025" is considered one of the most prominent professional platforms in Saudi Arabia, bringing together manufacturers, suppliers, engineers, consultants and real estate developers alongside service providers and technology solution vendors, contributing to urban growth in Madinah and the development of the business environment in the real estate and construction sector.
