The world's eyes are turning to the capital Riyadh as Cityscape Global 2025, the world's largest real estate event, gets underway, bringing together housing and real estate leaders and urban planning experts from around the world to discuss the future of smart cities that place people at the center of development, moving beyond the traditional concept of infrastructure toward cities that are more livable, equitable and human-connected.

The exhibition is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, in partnership with the Housing Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030, and organized by Tahaluf, a joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, the Events Investment Fund, and Informa Group, running from 17 to 20 November at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham.

Cityscape Global 2025 aims to exchange perspectives on designing smarter, more resilient and more sustainable urban environments, at a time when forecasts indicate global urbanization will reach 68% by 2050, and 75% in the Middle East, making human-centered cities a necessity for achieving balanced urban development. The exhibition will spotlight quality of life as one of the most important development indicators, and how to strike a balance between technological innovation and social well-being.

The exhibition's third day will host the Future of Living Summit under the theme "Smart Cities of the Future," discussing the relationship between technological transformation and human needs in modern cities, with the participation of leading global speakers and decision-makers in urban planning and smart-city fields.

A number of major national projects taking part in the exhibition represent a model of the Kingdom's vision for redefining the relationship between people and cities, including NEOM, Qiddiya, Roshn, New Murabba, Diriyah Company, Rua Al Madinah, The Red Sea, King Salman Park Foundation, and NHC. These projects showcase their visions for building sustainable, smart and human-centered cities that blend sustainability, digital transformation and Saudi cultural identity.

In this context, Michael Dyke, CEO of the New Murabba project, said:
