The capital Riyadh is preparing for the launch of Cityscape Global 2025 next Monday, 17 November 2025, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, in partnership with the Real Estate General Authority and the Housing Program, one of the programs of Saudi Vision 2030, and organized by Tahaluf, the joint venture between the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, the Events Investment Fund, and Informa Group, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, under the theme "The Future of Urban Living."

Minister of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail will inaugurate the exhibition, billed as the world's largest real estate event, with the participation of leading developers, investors and experts in urban and housing development, alongside major real estate, financing and consulting companies from inside and outside the Kingdom.

This international event is organized as part of the Ministry of Municipal and Housing Affairs' efforts to promote sustainable urban development and attract quality investments to the Saudi real estate market, in addition to supporting public-private partnerships, contributing to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to build modern cities and raise quality of life in the Kingdom.

The exhibition spotlights the qualitative transformation in the Saudi real estate sector, which represents a key pillar of the national economy and a major support for comprehensive development, by showcasing major urban projects and leading initiatives that reflect the Kingdom's standing as a global hub for attracting real estate investment.

Cityscape Global 2025 also offers innovative showcases of the latest technologies in real estate technology (PropTech), modern construction methods, and smart city experiences, alongside panel discussions and specialized workshops featuring ministers, decision-makers and global experts, to discuss the future of real estate investment, legislation and financing in the Kingdom and the region.

The exhibition is an important international platform that cements the leadership of the Kingdom and the city of Riyadh in shaping the future of urban living, reflecting the aspirations of Vision 2030 toward more sustainable, prosperous cities with a higher quality of life.
