FIABCI Saudi Arabia is the national chapter of the long-established International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI International), which since 1951 has been one of the largest professional real estate networks in the world, with more than 120 leading member organizations.
The chapter builds on the legacy of the well-known FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence, awarded since 1997. The national competition it organizes in the Kingdom is the only official gateway for qualifying Saudi projects to compete for international real estate recognition.
