The Madinah branch of the Saudi Arabian Society for Culture and Arts, founded nationally in 1393 AH (1973), has its premises beside Quba Mosque and runs the "Ibdaa" fine-arts gallery on Quba Al-Talie Street. The branch offers programmes in visual arts, theatre, photography and crafts, and hosts exhibitions by the region's artists.
Its events include the "Arts Telling Stories" exhibition in summer 2025 within the Year of Handicrafts initiative, with weekly workshops in palm-frond, wood and pottery crafts.
