The Ministry of Culture is Saudi Arabia’s government ministry for cultural development and the Kingdom’s cultural presence at home and abroad. Established on 2 June 2018, it supports heritage preservation, creative talent and public participation in arts and culture.
Its work under Saudi Vision 2030 promotes culture in everyday life, develops the sector’s economic contribution and encourages international cultural exchange. The ministry oversees specialist cultural commissions and supports the sector through programmes, initiatives and public platforms.
