Fenaa Alawwal is a Ministry of Culture cultural center in Riyadh’s Diplomatic Quarter, housed in the historic Alawwal Bank building, formerly the Saudi Hollandi Bank. Designed in 1988, the building combines a distinctive concrete structure with Najdi-inspired decorative details.
The center offers exhibition and cultural-programming spaces, a library, a café and a sculpture garden. Its exhibitions, discussions and workshops bring creative practitioners and visitors together and encourage exchange between cultures.
