Riyadh is preparing to host the International Future Projects Forum and Exhibition 2026 from 7 to 10 December 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, a new edition bringing project owners together with contractors, investors and providers of solutions and services.
The Saudi Contractors Authority organizes the eighth edition of the forum, a specialized platform for presenting future projects and the opportunities tied to them, and for opening direct channels between government and private bodies and the companies working in contracting and supporting sectors.
More Than 21,000 Projects Worth Over USD 800 Billion
The 2026 edition stands out for the scale of projects expected to be presented, with more than 21,000 future projects worth a combined total of more than USD 800 billion, giving contractors and investors a view of a wide range of upcoming projects and opportunities.
The forum lets project owners present their future plans and requirements to companies and contractors, while the private sector can learn directly about available opportunities, qualification and bidding mechanisms and the requirements for taking part in projects.
More Than 60 Public and Private Bodies
More than 60 government and private bodies are expected to take part, presenting projects and opportunities across a wide range of economic and development sectors.
Target sectors include infrastructure, housing, oil and gas, petrochemicals, energy and electricity, mining, operations and maintenance, technology and healthcare, reflecting the diversity of opportunities the forum aims to offer the private sector.
The event also draws representatives of banks, financial institutions, insurance companies and suppliers, widening the scope of contact to the different parties involved in delivering and financing projects.
Sessions, Workshops and Access to Decision-Makers
The forum goes beyond presenting projects. It is accompanied by an exhibition with pavilions for participating bodies and companies, along with panel sessions and specialized workshops featuring officials, experts and speakers from inside and outside the Kingdom.
Sessions address a number of issues important to the sector, including financing, qualification, bidding and the management of major projects, as well as experiences and practices that can raise the efficiency of project delivery.
The forum is an opportunity for professionals, investors and contractors to build relationships with project owners and explore future partnership and contracting opportunities, amid the rapid activity in the Kingdom's projects and infrastructure sector.
The forum coincides with the continued delivery of the major development projects tied to Saudi Vision 2030, which give the contracting sector a central role in developing cities and infrastructure and supporting economic growth.
