The sixth edition features the Awareness and Training Forum under the theme "From Awareness to Empowerment", a national platform bringing together the bodies involved in awareness, qualification and training within the Hajj ecosystem.
Participants include representatives of government bodies, Hajj affairs offices, service companies and training providers, along with universities, research centers, international organizations and bodies, the non-profit sector, technology and innovation companies, and media and communication specialists.
The forum focuses on presenting training and awareness programs and initiatives and exchanging expertise in developing the capabilities of Hajj ecosystem staff, raising workforce readiness and improving the quality of services for pilgrims.
