Saudi HR Week 2025 opens in Riyadh, running from December 14 to 17 at the Crowne Plaza Riyadh Hotel and Convention Center, as a national and international platform dedicated to developing human capital and strengthening the readiness of national talent to meet labor-market demands, in line with Saudi Vision 2030's goals.

The week brings together leading experts, specialists and decision-makers from within the Kingdom and abroad, through a series of specialized conferences and workshops discussing the latest practices in human resources, artificial intelligence, leadership development and future-skills building, alongside reviewing leading global experiences in talent management.

The event is held in partnership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), offering a four-day knowledge experience combining global expertise with practical application, providing attendees with actionable insights, effective strategies, and opportunities to earn internationally recognized professional certifications.

Saudi HR Week 2025 focuses on supporting the national economy's competitiveness by investing in people, promoting a culture of continuous learning, and building an integrated system for developing human capabilities, helping empower Saudi talent, raise workplace efficiency, and achieve sustainable development across sectors.

The event serves as a platform for networking and expertise exchange between government and private institutions and international experts, strengthening strategic partnerships, supporting the shift in HR practices, and affirming the Kingdom's standing as a leading regional hub for human-capital development.
