Makkah, 14 Ramadan 1447 AH (3 March 2026)

The Ministry of Interior today launched an exhibition introducing the services it provides to pilgrims, aimed at enabling them to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind, at the King Abdulaziz Endowment towers in the Holy Capital. The exhibition runs until 11 March 2026.

The exhibition aims to highlight the ministry's efforts in serving Umrah performers and visitors to the Two Holy Mosques and to present the latest AI applications used in crowd management, strengthening security and safety and raising the efficiency of field response during the Umrah season.

It also spotlights the efforts of the security sectors in maintaining the security and safety of pilgrims, raising health awareness and disease prevention, introducing the "Farrajat" service and the mechanism for receiving emergency security and humanitarian reports through the unified security operations centers (911), and presenting the main services of the Absher platform.

The exhibition features a number of pavilions presenting the services of the Makkah Region Emirate, the Public Security sectors, the General Directorate of Civil Defense, the General Directorate of Prisons, the National Security Operations Center, Medical Services and the Ministry of Interior Agency for Security Battalions, in an integrated framework reflecting comprehensive readiness to serve pilgrims.

The exhibition is part of an integrated set of initiatives the Ministry of Interior carries out during the Umrah season, affirming the wise leadership's commitment to harnessing every technical and human resource in the service of the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors and ensuring a safe and easy experience that reflects the Kingdom's standing and leadership in serving Islam and Muslims.
