The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture office in Taif Governorate took part in the Afforestation and Environment Exhibition organized by the Taif Education Department under the theme "For a Green Environment, a Better Future" on 30 April 2026 (13 Dhu al-Qi'dah 1447 AH), with government bodies, the non-profit sector and volunteer teams, in a step aimed at raising environmental awareness across every segment of the community.

The office's pavilion presented a varied display of trees and plants suited to the region's environment, along with awareness programs focused on modern farming methods and water conservation, and an introduction to the national initiatives for developing vegetation cover and combating desertification, reflecting the importance of preserving ecological balance and the sustainability of natural resources.

The pavilion drew notable interest from students and visitors, who engaged with its accessible educational content, helping to promote positive environmental behavior and encourage participation in afforestation and environmental volunteering, in support of quality of life and the principles of environmental sustainability under Saudi Vision 2030.
