King Faisal University Holds the Fourth Innovation in Health and Sustainability Exhibition with 29 Participating Bodies and Specialized Training Programs

King Faisal University in Al-Ahsa Governorate has held the fourth edition of the "Innovation in Health and Sustainability 2026" exhibition under the theme "The Future of Engineering in Health and Sustainability", with wide participation from government bodies and the private sector, as part of its efforts to integrate engineering education with practical application and support students' paths to innovation.
The exhibition is one of the academic initiatives that develop students' skills and prepare them for the labor market through specialized training programs and interactive exhibitions that give them direct opportunities to connect with participating bodies and explore fields of engineering innovation tied to health and sustainability.
29 Participating Bodies and Specialized Training for Students
The exhibition featured more than 29 bodies and companies from different sectors and 12 specialized training programs, over two days, with the first day dedicated to male students and the second to female students, maximizing engagement with the exhibition's content and training programs.
The events strengthened students' applied skills and introduced them to the latest trends in engineering innovation related to health and sustainability.
Quality Projects Supporting Innovation and Turning Patents into Economic Value
The exhibition included a number of quality themes, most notably an exhibition of the College of Engineering's achievements and research and community contributions, along with graduation projects offering engineering solutions to challenges in health, the environment and sustainability.
The events also included workshops and training programs delivered in partnership with participating bodies, initiatives supporting innovation by turning patents into projects of economic value, and awareness programs for high school students to prepare them for future scientific competitions.
Supporting Engineering Innovation for Saudi Vision 2030
The exhibition is part of King Faisal University's efforts to support the innovation and sustainability ecosystem by highlighting engineering and technical solutions that improve quality of life, enhance human health and protect natural resources, in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
