The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by its branch in the Eastern Province, is continuing to implement its operational plan for the Hajj season of 1447 AH at the Al Batha crossing, providing integrated dawah, awareness and guidance services to the Guests of God arriving in the Kingdom, foremost among them pilgrims from the Sultanate of Oman.

These efforts are part of the field services the ministry provides at crossings and miqats, aimed at easing the pilgrims' journey and deepening their awareness of the rulings of the rituals from the moment they arrive in the Kingdom.

A Warm Welcome for Omani Pilgrims

The ministry's branch received the Omani pilgrims with flowers and welcome gifts, in a scene reflecting the warm welcome and care the Kingdom devotes to the Guests of God.

The pilgrims expressed their joy at the organization, services and facilities at the Al Batha crossing, praising the level of readiness and the warm reception.

More Than 4,000 Awareness and Guidance Materials

The services included the distribution of 4,027 awareness and guidance materials, including dawah publications in several languages and barcode cards for the ministry's electronic library, easing pilgrims' access to digital dawah content.

The ministry also distributed 2,461 welcome gifts and 24,000 bottles of water to pilgrims arriving through the crossing, as part of its efforts to provide integrated, accessible services.

Dawah Services and Answers to Religious Questions

The preachers working at the crossing provided the "Answering the Questioner" service for 72 questions on the rulings of Hajj and the rituals, and delivered 113 dawah and awareness talks aimed at guiding pilgrims and introducing them to the etiquette and religious rulings of Hajj.

These programs raise religious awareness among pilgrims and enable them to perform the rituals correctly with ease and peace of mind.

Continued Field Efforts for Pilgrims

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs continues to implement its field programs at land, air and sea crossings as part of its awareness and guidance plans for the Hajj season.

These initiatives reflect the Kingdom's commitment to providing the best services to the Guests of God through integrated government efforts and attention to the religious, organizational and humanitarian needs of pilgrims.

Digital Transformation in Dawah Services

The use of barcode cards for the electronic library is part of the ministry's efforts to use modern technology and digital transformation to serve pilgrims and ease their access to dawah and guidance content in multiple languages.

This enhances the pilgrim experience and makes awareness services easier and more effective during the Hajj season.
