Hail Pilgrims' City Closes Its Season by Bidding Farewell to the Last Iraqi Convoys Amid Integrated Services
Hail, 19 Dhu al-Hijjah 1447 AH
The Pilgrims' City in the Hail region has bid farewell to the last convoys of Iraqi pilgrims departing home after completing the rituals of Hajj 1447 AH, closing a season that saw an integrated set of services and facilities that eased the pilgrims' journey from arrival to departure.
The season saw close integration among the participating government, service and volunteer bodies, which worked around the clock to provide health, emergency, organizational and awareness services, along with hospitality, guidance and field support, ensuring the pilgrims' comfort and safety at every stage of their journey.
These joint efforts created a complete service environment inside the city by simplifying arrival and departure procedures, providing healthcare and guidance, organizing the movement of pilgrims and meeting the basic needs that enhance the quality of their experience while passing through the region.
A number of departing Iraqi pilgrims expressed their thanks and gratitude for the warm reception, precise organization and outstanding services they experienced, saying the care and attention they found reflect the Kingdom's commitment to serving the Guests of God and providing them with the highest levels of comfort.
The success of the Pilgrims' City in Hail is part of an integrated system implemented by the relevant bodies to serve pilgrims, in line with the Saudi Vision 2030 goals of developing the pilgrim experience and raising the quality of services at every stage of their spiritual journey.
