On behalf of HRH Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Tabuk Region, HRH Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Abdullah bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the region, attended the graduation ceremony of trainees of the technical and vocational training units and private training institutions in the region, numbering 2,184 male and female graduates for the 1447 AH training year, at the Prince Sultan Cultural Center.

The ceremony was attended by Dr. Badr bin Sulaiman Al Ahmad, Deputy Governor for Support Services at the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, along with a number of officials and parents.

A Graduates' Procession and Speeches Reflecting Ambition

The ceremony opened with the royal anthem and a recitation from the Holy Quran, followed by the procession of male and female graduates, in a festive atmosphere reflecting the scale of the trainees' achievement over their training journey.

Eng. Ali Al Balawi, Director General of Technical and Vocational Training in the Tabuk region, said the support the sector receives from the leadership has helped prepare qualified national talent capable of meeting labor market needs and contributing to national development.

Technical Training as a Pillar of Vision 2030

Al Balawi said technical and vocational training is one of the key enablers of building Saudi human capital under Saudi Vision 2030, noting that the graduates represent 12 training institutions in Tabuk city and its governorates, along with private training institutions.

He urged the graduates to invest the skills and knowledge gained during training in serving the nation and taking part in its development.

Deputy Governor of Tabuk: You Are the Fuel of the Future

The Deputy Governor conveyed the Governor's congratulations to the graduates and wished them success in the next stage of their journey.

He said Saudi Vision 2030 aims to build a thriving economy founded on investment in education and the qualification of national talent, noting that localizing industry, logistics and technology requires technicians with modern skills.

Addressing the graduates, he said: "You are the fuel and the engine of these fields, and great opportunities lie ahead of you to secure quality jobs or build your own projects," urging them to keep developing their skills and knowledge after graduation.

Honoring Top Graduates and Partners

The ceremony included the honoring of top male and female graduates and of success partners among supporting bodies and sectors. Commemorative photographs were taken, and the Deputy Governor received a memento from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.

The ceremony is part of the corporation's efforts to support national talent and equip young men and women with technical and vocational skills that meet labor market needs and keep pace with the Kingdom's development.
