HRH Prince Dr. Faisal bin Mishaal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Qassim Region, has honored more than 100 outstanding students of the region's General Directorate of Education for the 1447 AH academic year, at a ceremony held at the theater of Qiyam Private Schools in Buraidah, in recognition of their achievements and excellence across a number of educational and national tracks.

The honors are part of the leadership's support for education and its encouragement of students to excel and create, helping prepare a generation capable of competing locally and globally and achieving national development goals.

Honors Across Five Tracks

The honors covered students with outstanding achievements in five main tracks: academic excellence, exemplary conduct, volunteer work, national and international awards, and scientific talent and innovation.

The Governor said the success and excellence of the nation's sons and daughters reflect the scale of support and attention the education sector receives in the Kingdom, praising the students' diligence, ambition and ability to achieve across scientific and knowledge fields.

A SAR 100 Million Education Expansion Project

During the visit the Governor reviewed the second phase of the expansion of Qiyam International Schools, valued at SAR 100 million, hearing a detailed briefing on the project's structural designs and educational goals, and welcomed the step as one that strengthens the learning environment and develops educational outcomes in the region.

Continued Support for Excellence and Innovation

The Governor urged the students to continue their path of excellence and to invest their abilities and skills in serving the nation, saying the honorees are honorable national models that reflect the ambitions of the Kingdom's young people and their capacity for creativity and innovation.

The honored students expressed their joy at the recognition, saying the support and attention they receive motivate them to keep succeeding and achieving more in science and knowledge.

Mohammed Al Furaih, Director of Education in the Qassim Region, thanked the Governor for his patronage of the ceremony and praised his continued support for education programs and his encouragement of outstanding students across fields.
