Madinah, 6 Dhu al-Hijjah 1447 AH

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by its branch in the Madinah region, has continued its awareness efforts in service of the Guests of God by distributing more than 547,000 copies of religious and guidance books and publications in several world languages, between 1 Dhu al-Qadah and 6 Dhu al-Hijjah 1447 AH.

The initiative is part of the dawah and awareness services the ministry provides to pilgrims and visitors from the moment they arrive in Madinah, aimed at deepening religious awareness and making guidance content easily available in their languages.

Distribution at Gateways and Key Sites

Distribution covered a number of main sites with heavy pilgrim and visitor traffic, including Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport in Madinah, Prince Abdulmohsen bin Abdulaziz Regional Airport in Yanbu, the Dhul Hulaifah miqat and a number of prominent mosques and historical and Islamic sites.

Distribution also extended to the Quba Mosque, the Martyrs' Mosque, the Mosque of the Two Qiblas, Al Khandaq Mosque, Al Ghamama Mosque and the Mosque of Ali bin Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him, along with the comprehensive service center in the courtyards of the Prophet's Mosque.

Awareness Content in World Languages

The publications ranged from introductory books to awareness and guidance materials on the rulings of Hajj, Umrah and visiting, along with supplications, remembrances and essential religious information, in several world languages to ensure the messages reach every nationality and culture.

These materials help pilgrims perform their rituals according to correct religious guidance and give them the information they need during their spiritual journey in the Kingdom.

These efforts reflect the Ministry of Islamic Affairs' commitment to providing integrated dawah services that enrich the experience of pilgrims and visitors, within a comprehensive system of awareness and guidance programs the ministry runs during the Hajj season.

The initiatives also embody the attention and care the leadership devotes to the Guests of God, through quality services that support their comfort and enable them to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind.
