The fifth edition of the Serido 2026 real estate development and ownership exhibition has closed in Jeddah after three days that drew strong turnout from investors and prospective home buyers, alongside wide participation from government and private bodies and real estate developers.

Held at Jeddah Superdome under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the event became a platform that brings the real estate ecosystem together and lets visitors explore residential and investment projects, financing solutions and ownership-related services.

The exhibition recorded close to 35,000 visitors over its three days and saw a number of agreements and memoranda of understanding signed between participating entities and companies, strengthening cooperation and opening new avenues for partnership and investment in the sector.

More than 50 government and private entities and real estate developers took part, presenting a range of investment and residential projects and opportunities, including projects across the Makkah Region, with developers confirming that construction is proceeding on schedule.

The exhibition also examined the future of the Saudi real estate market, the sector's role in supporting the economy and development, the impact of technology on real estate services, and the shift toward smart cities and sustainable projects.

Key outcomes of Serido 2026 included stronger public–private cooperation, the unveiling of new investment and residential projects, financing solutions and ownership options for beneficiaries, and greater awareness of the laws and regulations governing the real estate market.

The presence of government bodies allowed direct engagement with visitors and introduced the services and programs related to ownership, financing and real estate regulation, supporting the integration of roles between regulators, developers and financing providers.

The Ministry's patronage reflects a drive to deepen partnership with the private sector and develop the housing and real estate ecosystem, diversifying residential and investment options and supporting more integrated, vibrant communities.

The fifth Serido closes as the Saudi real estate sector continues to grow, driven by expanding development projects and evolving housing supply, financing and regulatory solutions, in support of Saudi Vision 2030 goals of improving quality of life and building sustainable communities.
